About us

Curio is the high-stakes competitive game company. Duper is Curio’s flagship social war strategy game with onchain wager, a game where Poker meets Risk with a twist of Diplomacy. Our team comes from top games such as Genshin Impact, Halo, and Pacific Rim, and we have raised 8M+ in Seed from Bain Capital and others. Duper Season 1 had 10k+ players, many of whom are describing Duper as “the most fun game in web3”. Our vision is to build the ultimate fan-powered esports platform around Duper’s core loop and IP.

About the role

As Duper is feature-complete and with a highly engaged nascent community, we’re looking for a high-agency individual to lead growth and partnerships. Currently, growth at Duper is purely founder-led, so you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with the founders. For this role, we ONLY look at applicants who are actively playing ranked mode and genuinely appreciate the game.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founders to strategize and execute Duper’s growth
• Manage ad campaigns and product profiles on various platforms such as YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, and X, including working with the art team on needed assets
• Coordinate stream sponsorships and KOL collaboration
• Closely track and analyze conversion rate data for all avenues of growth, and adjust growth strategy accordingly
• Help organize in-real-life game and partnerships events
• Iterate creatively on growth strategy and communicate it effectively with team
• Compile and communicate feedback on product updates helpful for growth

Qualifications

• Be an active Duper player (Again, we ONLY look at applicants who are actively playing ranked mode and genuinely appreciate the game)
• Experience with consumer growth and partnerships
• Bonus if you have well-formed ideas about how to grow Duper’s community and ecosystem
